Strategy & Goals
The Club aims to build, develop, and support an environment of creativity and talent, and to generate scientific ideas that contribute to creating scientific projects serving the nation and advancing knowledge, through the following:
Nurturing and developing the abilities and skills of talented, creative, and innovative individuals through training.
1- Striving to cultivate pioneering young talents—male and female—in various scientific and technological fields.
2- Providing in-kind and financial support to talented individuals, innovators, inventors, and their families to help them overcome challenges that may limit the growth of their abilities and talents.
3- Providing an interactive environment that enables effective communication between talented individuals and relevant persons and entities.
4- Offering guidance and educational programs and services for talented individuals and for those responsible for supporting them.
5- Developing and investing in inventions and innovations, independently or in collaboration with others.
6- Coordinating with institutions and centers within the Emirate, across the UAE, and abroad within their areas of specialization, and building partnerships with them to support the Club’s activities and members’ scientific projects.
7- Effectively contributing to engaging youth during their free time and harnessing their energy productively.
8- Promoting scientific culture and expanding research and development among youth of both genders.
9- Organizing activities, exhibitions, and scientific competitions to introduce the Club and its initiatives.
10- Conducting and organizing studies, training courses, scientific meetings, and specialized conferences in creativity and scientific innovation.
11- Participating in exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and scientific forums inside and outside the UAE to stay updated on the latest developments in the fields of creativity and innovation.
12- Providing consultations, conducting research, and preparing scientific studies that contribute to proposing scientific solutions for national projects.
13- Carrying out any additional scientific activities that support the achievement of its objectives.
